Elections are strictly verboten in Canada during the following times:

-During provincial or municipal elections
–Christmas…or any religious holidays
–Summer
–Winter
–Economic downturns
–Until Judge Gomery reports

Consulting my calendar, there will be a short window of opportunity of an election in May of 2011, and I hope we take it, because the next acceptable election date after that won’t arrive until November 2053.
